With our experienced instructors and the family-friendly atmosphere, we welcome all shapes and sizes, from beginner to athlete and everyone in between.
We understand that everyone has different training and workout requirements therefore we aim to ensure every training session is not only designed to achieve maximum results for all participants but to always have a element of fun in the training session.
All sessions are different and are designed and delivered with safety and your end goal in mind.

Our CrossFit classes are constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an intense yet accepting and encouraging environment.

CrossFit Teens
CrossFit Teens is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely CrossFit geared and designed for each age group and the specific developmental needs of that age group (Neurological, cognitive, motor).
CrossFit Teens combines gymnastics, body weight callisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across the ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination.
Classes for ages 10-19!
CrossFit Kids

If you're looking for one-on-one training with a Personal Trainer, CrossFit Muswellbrook can provide that service for you. Out of class hours we provide time slots for personal clients!
BUILD
If you are looking for a basic alternative to complex barbell movements and high skill aspects of CrossFit, Build is the program for you!
