CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely CrossFit geared and designed for each age group and the specific developmental needs of that age group (Neurological, cognitive, motor).

CrossFit Teens combines gymnastics, body weight callisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across the ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination.

Classes for ages 10-19!

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely CrossFit geared and designed for each age group and the specific developmental needs of that age group (Neurological, cognitive, motor).

Out of class hours we provide time slots for personal clients!

If you are looking for a basic alternative to complex barbell movements and high skill aspects of CrossFit, Build is the program for you!
